To maintain our fast delivery standards, our fulfillment system begins processing orders shortly after payment is confirmed.

  • Cancellation/Change Period: Requests are only possible before the order has entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” status.
  • Once an order is handed over to our shipping carriers, we cannot stop, modify, or intercept the package.

  • Refunds: If your cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. No cancellation fees apply.
  1. Order Modifications (Address or Item Changes)

We can assist with modifications such as updating a shipping address or changing an item size/color, provided the order has not been processed.

  • Procedure: Email support@luxconcie.com with your order number and the specific changes required.
  • Limitation: We cannot guarantee changes due to the speed of our fulfillment team. If the change is not possible, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy once the item is delivered.
  1. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched:

  • The order cannot be canceled or modified.
  • You may return the items for a refund after they arrive, subject to our 120-day return policy.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package is in transit.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Luxconcie is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply) or a refund.
