If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
We can assist with modifications such as updating a shipping address or changing an item size/color, provided the order has not been processed.
If your order has already been dispatched:
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Luxconcie is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply) or a refund.
If a delivery is refused by the recipient for reasons other than product damage, the order will be treated as a return. Refunds will be processed according to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
