DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that are reported to our designated agent listed below.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our Website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, Luxconcie will:

1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
2. Notify the individual or entity responsible for posting the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.
3. Take reasonable steps to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. This must be a written communication sent to support@luxconcie.com and must include your contact information, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake.

5. False Declarations

Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
