- Return Window
We offer a 120-day return policy, which means you have 120 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@luxconcie.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with the Return Shipping Address and specific instructions.
- Note: Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they may not be processed correctly.
- Return Shipping Fees
- Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item because of a change of mind, size preference, or “remorse,” the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent, Luxconcie will cover all return shipping costs.
- Refund Policy & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued by our system.
- Fees: Luxconcie does not charge any restocking fees or administrative fees for returns.
- Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at support@luxconcie.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
