  1. Return Window (30 Days)

We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date the carrier marks your order as delivered to initiate a return request.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: While you have 30 days to return, we kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective or damaged, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
  • Conditions for Return: * New Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Slightly Used Condition: We accept returns for items that have been used slightly but remain in excellent, resellable condition.
  1. Return Process & Shipping Labels

To ensure ease of service, all returns must be processed by mail.

  • Prepaid Labels: We have simplified the process by including a prepaid return mailing label inside your original package. If you cannot find the label, please contact us at support@luxconcie.com.
  • Return Shipping Costs: There is No Cost (FREE) to the customer for returning an item when using our prepaid label. Luxconcie covers all domestic return shipping fees.
  1. Fees and Charges
  • Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
  • Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the eligible returned items.
  1. Order Cancellations (12-Hour Window)

We understand that plans can change. You may request an order cancellation for a full refund within 12 hours of the initial placement.

  • After 12 hours: The order enters our automated fulfillment system. If the 12-hour window has passed, please wait to receive the item and then use the prepaid label to process a return for a full refund.
  1. Exchange Policy

Luxconcie does not accept exchanges at this time. If you require a different size, color, or alternative product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

  1. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approval Notification: We will send an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are initiated within 7 calendar days.
  • Payment Method: All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.
