At Luxconcie, we strive to provide a fast, transparent, and reliable shipping experience. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and delivery timelines to ensure you know exactly when to expect your order.

  1. Shipping Destination

Currently, Luxconcie ships to all valid addresses within the United States. We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.

  1. Order Processing & Timeline

Our delivery timeline is calculated based on Business Days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 1 business day. This includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging.
  • Transit Time: 2–4 business days. This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your door after it leaves our facility.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days.

  1. Shipping Costs

We believe in simple and transparent pricing.

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 USD (Flat Rate per order).
  • All shipping costs are clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.
  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
  • You can track your package directly via the link provided in your email or on the carrier’s official website.
  1. Delivery Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Luxconcie is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if the information provided at checkout was incorrect.

  1. Missing or Damaged Packages
  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@luxconcie.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team.
  1. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@luxconcie.com. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we are unable to make any further changes.

  1. Multiple Item Orders

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment at no extra cost.
